San Diego Therapy Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking barriers to mental health care through trauma-informed counseling and neurofeedback services. They serve underserved and disenfranchised individuals and families in San Diego, offering free and sliding-scale services to trauma survivors who cannot otherwise afford treatment. Their mission is to stop the cycle of abuse and victimization while increasing mental health care access for the community.
