The Carl B. Metoyer Center for Family Counseling is a non-profit, community-based organization serving youth and families in East Oakland since 1976. They provide no-cost, time-limited counseling and case management services to families in Alameda County, with specialized programs for youth aged 7-18 who are involved with the juvenile justice system or experiencing behavioral and attendance issues.
